Diana assists the London team in arbitration and litigation proceedings.  Prior to joining Pinna Goldberg, Diana completed several internships in law firms in the United Kingdom and Latvia.

In just over one year of working at the firm Diana has been working on high profile matters being part of small and highly effective teams acting for:

• A state in an ad hoc investor-state arbitration in the energy sector concerning allegations of expropriation of seven thermal, fourteen wind, and four solar power plants;
• An oil commodities trader in LCIA arbitrations regarding the performance of English-law governed supply contracts affected by sanctions and geo-political instability;
• A state in resisting enforcement of arbitral awards in multiple proceedings before the English Commercial Court and the Court of Appeal.
