Fredrik’s main practice focuses on international commercial and investment arbitration. 

Before joining Pinna Goldberg, he worked in international arbitrations across Europe, Asia, and North America.  He has participated in complex cross-border matters under ICC, ICSID, UNCITRAL, HKIAC and other leading arbitral rules, with experience covering all stages of the arbitral process. 

Fredrik previously served as Deputy Counsel at the ICC International Court of Arbitration, where he administered over 150 commercial disputes involving parties from Northern Europe and Russia, often including state entities. 

He holds a combined Bachelor and Master of Laws degree from the University of Oslo, an LL.M. in International Arbitration and Dispute Settlement from Tsinghua University, and an LL.M. from Georgetown University, where he was a board member of the Georgetown International Arbitration Society.  He currently serves as Regional Representative of Young ICCA for the Paris region. 

Fredrik is admitted to the New York Bar and speaks Norwegian (native), English (fluent), Swedish (fluent), Danish (fluent), Chinese (fluent) and basic German.
