Nasiba is an Associate in Pinna Goldberg’s Tashkent office. 

Nasiba completed her degree at Tashkent State University of Law, where she specialised in international Law and Comparative Legislation. She was ranked among the TOP 50 students at the university and maintained one of the highest GPAs in the faculty (4.9/5.0). 

Nasiba has a longstanding interest in public international law, which led her to compete in the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition. She is a two-time National Champion of the Jessup Competition, and in 2025 her team advanced to the TOP 8 (Quarterfinals) at the International Rounds in Washington, D.C., among more than 800 teams worldwide. 

Nasiba also completed an internship at the Embassy of the Republic of Uzbekistan in Moscow. Her academic and professional background has led to a particular interest in international arbitration, which she currently pursues through her work as a paralegal.
