Pedro is partner in the Paris office.

Pedro acts as counsel and arbitrator in contract law and international business law.  He focuses on resolving disputes (litigation and arbitration) across multiple industries and jurisdictions in different languages.

Pedro has led legal defences on a wide range of sensitive high-stakes disputes, including representing sovereign states and state-owned entities in complex multi-jurisdictional proceedings (such as Venezuela, Colombia, Brazil, Argentina, Canada, the United States, France, Portugal, the Netherlands, Andorra).

Pedro is also frequently appointed as an arbitrator, with recent appointments in Caracas and London.

Pedro is qualified to practice law in Paris and Venezuela.  He holds a PhD from Université Panthéon-Assas and regularly publishes articles, books, and book chapters, delivers lectures, and participates in panel discussions.

Pedro speaks English (fluent), French (fluent), Spanish (native), and Portuguese (fluent).
